1. After electroplating or other processes, the effect should be uniform. If some special effects are inconsistent, they can be individually packaged.
2. The color difference of the same batch of buttons shall not be lower than the GB250 grade 4 standard, and compared with the incoming samples, it shall not be lower than the GB250 grade 3 standard.
3. Packaging inspection: The sub-packaging after the appearance inspection/performance test required by the customer is qualified. Approval certificates or other labels should be included in the packaging. The packaging quantity should meet the regulations, and the actual quantity of each bag should be consistent with the specified quantity. If the thickness is found to be different or otherwise. If the cause is out of tolerance, all causes should be checked.
4. The emergency button/hood button/five-claw button should be tested before delivery to test the performance and usability of the button, and provide customers with samples for molding and testing.
5. Control samples or confirmation samples. See if the color and model match the sample;
6. There should be no cracks, gaps, unevenness and obvious scratches on the surface of the snap button;
7. There are no car cracks or air bubbles on the face and back of the snap button; no bad edges and uneven thickness;
8. The pattern should have no obvious deformation, no white eyes, white circles and other phenomena;
9. The buttonhole of the snap button should be smooth and unobstructed; the eye of the needle should be symmetrical without big eyes. In the case of blind buttons, the blind slot should be smooth with no visible popping.
